Think carefully because once an offer is accepted you have contracted to buy the painting for that price plus reasonable cartage costs and, if applicable, GST. We reserve the right not to accept any offer.
Conditions of Sale
The purchase of works online will be subject to the following conditions below.
- A deposit of 25% must be paid to secure an exclusive right to the work, once a purchase has been approved.
- A successful offer will receive an invoice, detailing the purchase and any other costs, taxes and commissions if applicable.
- Goods may be collected once final payment has been made, or you can elect to have Original & Authentic Aborigianl Art make arrangement for delivery subject to agreement.
TIME PAYMENTS
If you wish to purchase a work from the gallery, but feel that you require time to pay for the painting in full, take advantage of our Lay-bys option. More information on enquiry.
We accept most major credit cards or bank transfers from most major institutions.
If you are making an offer for more than one painting, please fill out an individual form for each painting.
